Morgan State University Application Requirements
Undergraduate applicants to MSU may complete an online application for admissions. Interested applicants must first create a Morgan account which will give them access to the process. Prospective students may also use this account to check the status of their application once they have completed all requirements. Applicants may track submitted documents. Required documents for admission are official transcripts to any high school attended and official scores for the SAT or the ACT. MSU graduate applicants must complete the application process before the deadlines for the fall or spring semesters. Candidates who do not have all their documents submitted by that time will not be considered for admission until the following semester. Certain graduate programs only begin in the fall and do not enroll new students for the spring term. Applicants must complete an online application and pay a non-refundable fee of $40. Tuition and Financial Aid
Undergraduate tuition and fees for MSU is $3,950 per semester for residents. It’s $9,083.50 for non-residents. On-campus housing costs total $3,282 per semester for both residents and non-residents.
