About Middle Georgia State University
Middle Georgia State University is a public institution. The main campus is in Macon, Georgia. The university has more than 8,000 students enrolled in master’s, bachelor’s, and associate degrees. Middle Georgia State University Accreditation Details
Middle Georgia State University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. Accreditation was received in 2012 when Macon State College and Middle Georgia College were merged to become Middle Georgia State. The first approval for a graduate degree at the university occurred in 2015 when the SACSCOC approved degrees like the Master of Science in Nursing and the Master of Science in Information Technology. Tuition and Financial Aid
Undergraduate tuition at Middle Georgia State University is capped at 15 credits. With fees included, tuition is $527.67 for Georgia residents. It’s $833.80 for non-residents. At 15 credits, in-state students pay a total of $4,592.00 for tuition. Non-residents pay $6,963.00. Some of the additional fees students pay include a $25 orientation fee the first semester.
