About Chadron State College
Chadron State College is located in Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska State College System. The college has an open admissions policy where 100 percent of qualified students are admitted. The college was established in 1911 by the state’s legislature. The college’s campus covers 281 acres. Around 3,000 students are enrolled. Some of the buildings on the college’s campus are listed with the National Register of Historic Places. The school’s official colors are white and cardinal. Its athletic teams play in the Rock Mountain Conference. Students are called the Eagles, and they’re part of NCAA Division II games. Chadron State College has an admissions policy where students who can meet the college’s application requirements will be able to enroll in classes in their preferred term. Students who enroll at Chadron State College pay a rate based on their program and whether they attend classes on campus or online. Online classes are charged at a flat rate that depends on the number of credits a student takes. For a full-time load of 12 credits, undergraduate students will pay $3,558.00 for tuition. Graduate students will pay $4,449.00 for tuition. For resident students who attend classes on campus in Chadron, the rate is $3,022.32 when tuition and all other fees are included. The rate for non-resident students in undergraduate classes is $3,034.22. Graduate students who are residents will pay $2,676.24 for nine credits This is considered full-time enrollment for graduate-level work. Non-residents will pay $4,719.24 for nine credits.
