Oklahoma State University Tuition and Financial Aid
Traditional students at Oklahoma State University who take over 12 hours of classes are charged a “block rate” that includes standard fees and tuition. Undergraduate residents will pay $4,509 per semester while undergraduate non-residents will pay $12,269. Undergraduate students who take less than 12 hours and regular graduate students are charged per credit, but this depends on their residency. For example, undergraduate residents may pay either a non guaranteed rate of $178 per credit hour or a guaranteed rate of $205 for each credit hour. Undergraduate nonresidents will pay $695. Graduate nonresidents will pay $876 for each credit hour. Students who attend the 100% online OSU degree program are subject to separate tuition rates. Resident undergraduates in this program will pay $178 per credit hour along with university fees for a total of about $343 to $441 per credit hour. A three-hour course will cost an online undergraduate between $1,029 to $1,325. Non-resident undergraduates will pay $695 per credit hour, which totals to around $2,580 to $2,874 for a three-hour course. Resident graduates in the online OSU degree program will pay $230 in tuition per credit. This equates to a total of $397 to $496 per credit hour after adding university fees. This means these students will pay $1,193 to $1,488 per three-hour course. A non-resident graduate will pay $360 in tuition and university fees for a total of $527 to $625 per credit hour. They will pay $1,581 to $1,877 for a three-hour class. Graduates who take individual classes will pay $876 in tuition per credit. Oklahoma State University provides ample financial aid programs and opportunities to students. This includes grants, which do not have to be repaid, and tuition waivers, which are credit hour tuition reductions. This does not include university fee waivers.
