Colorado Technical University was established in 1965 by Air Force Lt. Col. Robert Turkisher. Exactly 30 years later, it attained university status and ventured online. Getting into Colorado Technical University isn’t hard thanks to the open-access, non-competitive admission rate of 100 percent. First-year CTU students must submit proof of high school graduation.
